Job Description
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Promoting the companys reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity through different medias and activities.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Interview and assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Research and implement diverse recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent from various sources.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
- Coordinate Employee Engagement activities.
- Take ownership of managing the companys social media accounts, including LinkedIn, to ensure regular, engaging, and professional updates that align with company goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
