Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service standards. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee client acquisition and promote the companys housing finance products to targeted customer segments.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams to achieve targets
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Proficiency in market analysis, competitor research, and identifying business opportunities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in the housing finance or banking sector is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
  • Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and build strong rapport with local communities
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
  • Knowledge of the housing finance market and familiarity with the needs of low-income customer segments is a plus
