Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an AI-ready Sales Manager at Aaditi Stonesoup located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, building relationships with customers, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also utilize AI tools and technology to enhance the sales process and drive revenue.Qualifications
- Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy skills
- Experience in utilizing AI tools for sales optimization
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of sustainability and waste management practices is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
