We are seeking a dynamic Mid-Level Admission Counsellor Officer to join our team at Aakash Educational Services Limited. This full-time role is based in multiple locations including Jhansi, Bareilly, Etawah, Aligarh, and Hathras. The position involves engaging with prospective students and assisting them in their journey to joining Aakashs esteemed programs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for educational sales and counselling.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively engage with students and parents, ensuring clarity and building trust.
  
• Should have proven experience in educational sales with a keen ability to recognize the educational needs of prospective students and offer suitable coursework solutions.
• Requires sound knowledge and experience in admission processes to provide accurate counselling and advice to potential students.
• Proficiency in sales techniques is essential for engaging prospective students and driving them towards enrollment.
• Strong admission counselling skills to guide students through the selection process, addressing any queries they may have.
• Academic counselling experience is vital to help students understand the value of their education choices and career implications.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a student-first approach.
• Demonstrate high levels of motivation and the ability to inspire and influence students towards their educational goals.

• Facilitate the full admission cycle by engaging with prospective students, understanding their needs, and providing guidance on suitable programs.
• Conduct informative sessions and presentations about Aakashs offerings and the benefits of enrolling in our courses.
• Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and academic teams to understand and convey course details and enrolment criteria.
• Maintain consistent communication with students and parents to support them throughout their educational journey.
• Track and manage student inquiries and follow-ups, ensuring timely resolution and effective problem-solving.
• Contribute to the development of outreach strategies to attract potential students and improve enrollment figures.
• Provide feedback and insights to management regarding student concerns and opportunities for service improvement.
