Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day center operations, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
• Manage front desk, staff attendance, and student/parent walk-ins.
• Handle procurement and stock of stationery, housekeeping, and pantry items.
• Coordinate repairs, vendor services, and upkeep of classroom infrastructure.
• Support in organizing meetings, exams, and local events.
• Manage petty cash, vendor bills, and maintain expense records.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance at the center.
• Coordinate with Branch Head and HO teams for administrative requirements.
Experience & Skills Required • Experience: 25 years of relevant administrative or operations experience (preferably from education, service, or retail sector).
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
