Job Title: Admission Officer- Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement and Management:
- Proactively call on leads assigned in Salesforce (SF).
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and follow-ups in SF.
Daily Call Targets:
- Ensure minimum 250 dialed call.
- Ensure a minimum of 60 connected calls each day.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to nurture leads and build relationships.
Appointment Setting:
- Book at least 6 branch visits daily or home demo or zoom demo
- Schedule 2 video calls or home demos daily.
Conversion and Follow-up:
- Ensure a minimum of 2 branch visits are conducted daily.
- Conduct at least 1 video call or home demo daily.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports on the outcomes of branch visits and video calls/home demos to the reporting manager.
- Weekly minimum 12 unique client interaction, 2 branch visits, 2 home demo or 2 zoom demo.

- Your monthly targets will be divided into weekly objectives. By conducting daily branch visits, home demos, or virtual presentations, you must ensure the fulfillment of your weekly targets each week. This consistent achievement will lead to meeting your monthly targets at a hundred percent completion.
Branch Location:
- Each individual will be assigned to a specific branch, and you will be informed of your designated branch accordingly. Consequently, it is imperative that you operate from your branch's location to optimize productivity, receive support, undergo training, and benefit from facilitation, as this is mandatory.
Adherence to Compliance:
- Ensure all interactions and engagements are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales,or related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
