Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  Get Hired
  4+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a call centre or customer service environment.
• Proficient in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
