Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Director to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the sector. You will leverage your deep industry connections and extensive leadership experience to drive revenue growth by cross-selling Arcons comprehensive suite of cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue high-value target accounts within the [Industry Focus] sector.
- Leverage existing industry relationships to build strong client partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Engage with C-level executives to present compelling value propositions and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key clients to review performance, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.
- Proactively identify and address client challenges related to Arcons solutions (PAM, SCM, EPM, CI, IAM, Drift, UBA, etc.).
- Provide expert guidance to clients on cybersecurity best practices and solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized cybersecurity strategies.
- Advise clients on IT security strategy, risk assessments, and roadmap development.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of Arcons solutions in addressing clients specific security needs.
- Effectively communicate client requirements and feedback to internal stakeholders (product development, engineering, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder mapping and relationship management.
- Assessment of new client requirements and identification of upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Development and maintenance of sales materials and presentations.
- Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Post-graduate degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in a leadership role within the [Industry Focus] sector.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management.
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and industry trends.
- Experience with Arcon or other cybersecurity solutions is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
