Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with a focus on managing and growing our social media presence, including WhatsApp communications. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of digital trends, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content while ensuring prompt and professional interaction with customers and audiences through WhatsApp. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, running campaigns, and contributing to content creation on multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube)
- WhatsApp Management: Handle customer inquiries, respond to messages on WhatsApp. Ensure timely, helpful, and professional communication to support customer satisfaction.
- Content Creation: Ideate and curate creative, high-quality, and engaging content (images, videos, infographics, blog posts, etc.) for social media platforms and WhatsApp broadcasts along with the team.
- WhatsApp Broadcast Campaigns: Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for promotions, product launches, offers, or updates. Ensure messaging is personalized and aligns with the companys tone.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on all platforms, including WhatsApp, fostering a positive brand experience.
- Content Scheduling & Planning: Create and manage the social media content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content, promotions, and campaigns, including WhatsApp updates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze Social Media and WhatsApp performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and WhatsApp Business API. Prepare regular reports on KPIs, engagement rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and execution of social media and WhatsApp campaigns to promote product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and messaging apps, applying them to the companys strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, and content creators to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms and customer communication channels.
- Experience: 1-2 years in social media management, digital marketing, or customer service, with expertise in WhatsApp Business.
- Skills:
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Experience managing WhatsApp Business features (automated messages, quick replies, broadcast lists).
- Strong written and verbal communication with a professional tone.
- Familiar with social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

- A strong personal presence on social media platforms (preferred but not required).
