Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Travel Sales Consultant. The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding client travel needs, providing tailored travel solutions, and making travel arrangements, including reservations and bookings. Responsibilities also include offering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. The role requires proactive communication and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience in providing excellent Customer Service, including addressing client inquiries and resolving issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of the Indian travel landscape and key destinations is an advantage

• Prior experience or education in travel and tourism is a plus
