Position: Sales Manager
Location: Delhi-NCR (Full-time On-site)

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Delhi-NCR region. This is a critical full-time, on-site role responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and leading a sales team to consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales and Business Development, exceptional negotiation skills, and preferably a background in the industrial or environmental monitoring industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Business Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans tailored to the Delhi-NCR market to drive significant business growth.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities and target accounts within the relevant industry sector.
- Conduct thorough Market Research and Analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Client Management and Negotiation:
- Manage and foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Present product and service offerings effectively, articulating the value proposition to potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Performance:
- Lead and manage a dedicated sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure team members meet or exceed their revenue targets.
- Participate in recruiting, training, and performance management of sales personnel.

- Experience: Relevant experience in Sales and Business Development is required, with previous experience in the industrial or environmental monitoring industry considered a strong plus.
- Education: Mandatory Bachelor's degree in electrical/instrumentation, automation, or a related technical field. MBA preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong technical proficiency in Sales and Business Development methodologies.
- Analytical: Expertise in Market Research and Analysis skills to inform strategic decisions.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
- Communication: Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills for high-level client interactions and closing deals.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated success in selling complex technical solutions or capital equipment.
- Established network and familiarity with the Enterprise or Industrial customer base in the Delhi-NCR region.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting.
