This is a Accounting & Reporting Specialist - General Accounting role reporting to Team Lead - General Accounting in Global Business Operation based in Bangalore, India.
You will be primarily responsible for Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions.
Your responsibilities

• Conducting investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary for any discrepancies and performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions.


• Executing accounting analyses and reports in support of finance and business leaders.


• Producing reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing and Month end book closing activities.



• Processing entire Fixed asset related transaction and Overseeing the closing of monthly accounts of CAPEX, manage the CAPEX control and approval process.


• Ensuring proper accounting procedure over fixed asset acquisition, transfer, impairment, write-off, and disposal.


• Closing tasks are completed and FA module are closed on time as per schedule and Review and reconcile monthly fixed asset movement report on regular intervals.


• Co-ordinating and Handling the Audit queries and Handling the entire fixed Asset reporting activities.
  

Your background

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.

• 2 to 3 years’ experience on SAP (also on Oracle if possible).


• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills is an added advantage.
