R2R Team Lead

Responsibilities:-

• Performing general accounting activities and recording of financial transactions.
• Conducting investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary for any discrepancies.
• Perform accounting analysis and generate reports to support finance and business leaders thus facilitate decision making.
• Performing month end book closing activities.

• Ensure that the Group Reporting is performed on time and manage the stake holders.
• Co ordinate with Internal and External Auditors.
• Initiate the Quality improvement initiatives in the R2R area

  Get Hired
  Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce//ICWA or CA Inter
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting, reporting, reconciliation and processing of journal entries.
• Must have the experience in handling a team.
• Must have experience in Record to Report (R2R).
• Must be flexible in working for any shift timings.
• Good communication skills.
