Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Division wise primary target and ensure it is equal to or greater than Secondary.
- Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share.
- Ensure zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelf by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation.
- Share competitor and market information promptly with the ABM and Division.
- Build relationships with customers and Stockist, conducting timely Stockist visits as per defined frequency without deviation.
- Prioritize doctors appropriately and meet them with the right frequency.
- Engage with important customers effectively by leveraging managerial, marketing, and support functions to strengthen relationships.
- Plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and sales progress. Provide timely information about new products to the Stockist.
- Report field work daily in the assigned online system.
- Organize Camps (CME) according to the division strategy and customer needs.

Qualification Required:
- B.Sc. / B.Pharma.
Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered.,
