Role Objective:
- The CFO will act as a strategic business partner, advising management on business improvement and growth.

- This role will lead the finance and accounting functions, working closely with the senior management team to achieve the organization's financial goals.
- The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring corporate and statutory compliance, as well as implementing sound financial policies, systems, and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior management and the board of directors to develop and implement financial goals, objectives, and strategies that align with the company's vision.
- Financial Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to all financial activities, aiming to improve profitability and ensure robust internal controls to manage financial risks.
- Global Coordination: Work closely with global headquarters to align local financial strategies with global objectives and contribute to global financial initiatives.
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies, including budgeting, capital allocation, and cost management, to optimize resource use and drive operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with Indian and U.S. GAAP, statutory regulations, and corporate policies. Oversee accurate financial reporting, preparation of financial statements, and audit management.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital: Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions. Optimize working capital, monitor accounts receivables and inventory, and ensure efficient cash utilization.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
