Job Description
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the software domain.
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build go-to-market strategies for industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, government, and enterprise solutions.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close business deals.
- Ensure effective follow-ups and timely deal closures.
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development or sales within the software industry.

- Valid UAE Driving license
