Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager with deep knowledge of the hot air balloon tourism industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales growth, team leadership, and operational excellence. This is a leadership role for someone who can develop a solid business plan, drive revenue, and manage end-to-end operations of a premium adventure tourism product.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow B2B and B2C business.
Build partnerships with tour operators, hotels, DMCs, travel agents, and concierge services.
Lead the digital sales effort in coordination with the marketing team (social media, platforms, influencers, etc.).
Business Planning & Strategy:
Prepare annual business plans, forecasts, and budgets.
Set KPIs and revenue targets for the team and track performance.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational metrics for senior management.
Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily hot air balloon operations ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.

Coordinate with ground crew, pilots, transportation, and customer service teams.
Ensure full compliance with UAE aviation and tourism regulations.
Implement SOPs for operations, safety, and quality control.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales, ground support, and operations teams.
Assign responsibilities, monitor workloads, and ensure high morale and productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
