Job Description
- As a C2M Designer, you will be responsible for contributing to requirements elicitation, creating application architecture documents, and design artifacts. You will conduct workshops to advise clients on recommended solutions and take ownership of delivering these solutions. Additionally, you will provide guidance to both clients and project teams, ensuring high-quality codes are delivered and supporting activities related to implementation and transition. Your role will involve interfacing with internal teams and key stakeholders, analyzing and resolving issues to ensure high-quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC within the guidelines, policies, and norms. Moreover, you will work on the implementation, maintenance, support, and testing of Oracle Utilities applications such as C2M, CCB, MDM, WAM, and MWM for global customers.
To qualify for this role, you should have experience working as a technical designer on at least one C2M, CC&B, and/or MDM implementation. Techno-functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities applications is necessary, along with experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development. You should be proficient in estimating effort for development and testing of solutions at a detailed level. Experience in any Customer Information System, Billing System, or Meter Data Management is advantageous. Furthermore, you should have the ability to read and code-review complex code written by others.

It is essential that you have experience in developing custom solutions using OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) and Java-based customizations, including Algorithms, Batches, Service Programs, Change Handlers, User Exits, and Maintenance Extensions. Proficiency in developing interfaces like Inbound Web Services or XAI services, Outbound Messages, Web Service Adapter, File Extracts/Uploads, Sync Requests, etc., is required. Experience in developing Configuration Tools-based customizations, such as Portals, UI Maps Zones, Business Services, Service Scripts, Plugin Scripts, BPA Scripts, etc., is also expected. Knowledge of Groovy is considered a plus. Additionally, experience in Oracle Utilities products like C2M, CC&B, MDM, WAM, OMS, NMS, etc., is desired for this role.,
