Marketing Coordinator & Executive Real Estate

Job Summary:

Above & Beyond Properties L.L.C is seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Coordinator & Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing activities for residential and commercial properties while supporting brand visibility and lead generation. Previous real estate experience and bilingual fluency in Arabic and English are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for property listings and projects
• Prepare and manage marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, and online listings)
• Coordinate with brokers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies
• Manage property listings on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
• Support digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
  
• Track marketing performance and prepare basic reports
• Ensure all marketing content complies with company branding and RERA guidelines
• Assist with events, launches, and promotional activities

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing (UAE market preferred)
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office, property portals and CRM systems
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe is a plus)
• Understanding of UAE real estate regulations and marketing compliance
