Job Description

Job Level : Entry Level

Job Type : Full Time

Shift Type : General , Day Shift, Flexible W/O

Location : Chandni Chowk, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our offerings.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate membership solutions.
  • Convert warm leads into paid memberships through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Follow up on leads regularly to ensure higher conversion rates.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.
  • Handle customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in Bengali.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

    Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
  • Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Qualification & Experience:

  • HS Pass is mandatory for this role.
  • Bengali Language (Read, Write and Speak) is mandatory.
  • 6 months3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or similar roles (preferred).
  • At least a minimum of 6months of experience in the relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in the dating/matrimony industry will be an added advantage.
