As an Associate Manager / Manager in Digital Ad Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting our digital advertising solutions to clients in the North Indian Market. We are looking for someone who can bring a wealth of experience, creativity, and strategic thinking to help us achieve our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for digital advertising in the North region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team to create customized ad solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis to enhance our offerings and stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ad campaign execution and delivery.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of 4 to 6 years in digital ad sales within the North Indian Market.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, industry trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive business relationships.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
