Job Description

As a Software Consultant at ABSYZ, you will be responsible for developing business requirements and solution designs for the implementation of CRM solutions. Your role will involve strategizing the change process and assisting clients in effectively implementing CRM solutions. You will provide probable solution options for customer service sales processes and functional architecture, acting as a subject matter expert for full-scale CRM implementation. Additionally, you will collect, formulate, and disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery for customers, contributing to the growth of our practice and library of tools. You will proactively identify existing or pending knowledge gaps and take action to address them.

Your expertise should include Lightning Components, Events, Component Bundles, Salesforce Configuration, Customizations, Writing Triggers, VF pages, Test class batch class, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval process, and Deployment using Eclipse or Change Set. You should possess good technical skills in Salesforce CRM Technologies, with experience or training in all phases of systems development and maintenance. Strong analysis, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills are essential. Knowledge of SDLC practices and the ability to apply them to system development or maintenance is required. Additionally, you should be a good team player, capable of meeting deadlines and handling changing priorities, while aligning with our motto of "Work hard, Party Harder."
