Accounting & Reporting Manager - General

Your role and responsibilities

This role is contributing to the Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Accounting & Reporting Manager and will be responsible to lead a group or team focused on the complete, accurate and timely completion of accounting activities within team. You will be mainly accountable for: . Performing general accounting activities and recording of financial transactions . Conducting investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary for any discrepancies . Performing accounting analysis and generate reports to support finance and business leaders thus facilitate decision making . Performing month end book closing activities . Ensuring that the Group Reporting is performed on time and manage the stake holders . Co-ordinating with Internal and External Auditors Initiating the Quality improvement initiatives in the R2R area

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce, CA/CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in general accounting, reporting, reconciliation and processing of journal entries. Must have the experience in handling a team

  Get Hired
  Must have experience in Record to Report (R2R).
• Must be flexible in working for any shift timings Working knowledge in MS office (SAP Knowledge is a must).
• Good communication skills.
