Essential Tasks And Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for export loads.
- Coordinate customs clearance as well as inspection as required.
- Coordinate deliveries to customers and warehouses.
- Control free time of containers and review demurrage/detention invoices prior to payment.
- Review weekly Vendor invoices and approve payment.
- Set up daily container traffic with vendors.
- Assisting internal and external customers in solving issues.
- Cooperation and coordination of work with strategic vendors.
- Cooperation with carriers, forwarding companies, trucking companies, cold storages, agencies, other AJC offices to ensure a successful logistic process.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of international logistics import/export, inventory, documentation, and transportation experience required.
- Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Excel, is required.
- Candidate must be familiar with Incoterms and various modes of transportation to ensure the timely arrival of the products in the most cost-effective manner.
- Previous frozen meat products and refrigerated product experience is a plus.
- Recent graduates with some work experience or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate is required to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Proficiency in a second language is preferred (European).
