Job Description
Key Requirements:
- 8-15 years of work experience in legal role involving compliance and contracts management.
- Strong experience in Contract Management (drafting to closure) US & Commercial Contracts
- Good understanding of US GDPR and Data Privacy regulations
- Strong experience in contract review based on business needs
- Exposure to compliance areas including IT, Labour, Data Privacy, and Audits
- Strong communication skills
- Qualification: LLB (CS preferred)
