Accounts Payable Clerk

What role you will play in team: You will be a vital member of our accounts payable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.

What you will do: Verify invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records of all vendor transactions.

Key responsibility:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving reports
• Maintain accurate records of vendor transactions
• 
  Prepare and process payments to vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Respond to vendor inquiries

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with accounts payable processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
