Accounts Payable Clerk

What role you will play in team: You'll be an integral member of our accounts payable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.

What you will do: You'll verify invoices, match them to purchase orders, and enter data into the accounting system.

Key responsibility:

• Process high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving reports.
• Maintain accurate records of all vendor payments.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures.
  
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial record-keeping.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience in accounts payable (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
