Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting
Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee daily accounting operations across head office and regional teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of accounts payable processes.
- Manage the timely preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Standardize reporting formats and enable real-time MIS reporting for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial reporting from franchisees and ensure adherence to established processes.
- Design and implement efficient payment processes, bank reconciliations, and cash management systems.
- Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits with accuracy and ensure timely closures.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external auditors and address audit queries proactively.
- Establish and enforce robust internal controls to prevent financial leakages and safeguard company revenue.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns across all business locations.
- Manage GST reconciliations, input credit claims, and full compliance with indirect tax regulations.
- Support the finalization of income tax, TDS, and other regulatory obligations.

- Supervise regional finance teams to maintain consistent accounting standards across all zones.
- Implement financial control systems and process automation to enhance operational transparency.
- Recommend improvements to increase accuracy in reporting and reduce turnaround time.
- Drive compliance-oriented discipline across corporate and franchisee operations.
