Financial Analyst- Lending Operations

What role you will play in team: You will support the lending operations team by conducting financial analysis, monitoring key performance indicators, and creating financial reports.

What you will do: You will analyze loan applications, assess risk, and prepare financial models to support lending decisions.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze financial statements and loan applications to assess creditworthiness
• Develop and maintain financial models for loan pricing and risk assessment
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management
• 
  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lending operations
• Assist in the development and implementation of lending policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective lending operations

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or lending operations preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools
