As an

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes

• Assist in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures

• Own employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

• Support performance management and feedback cycles

• Handle day-to-day employee queries, grievances, and documentation

• Maintain HRMS and ensure compliance with labor laws

• Coordinate learning & development activities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a great employee experience

• MBA (Tier 1 institute) with 2 - 8 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in a startup environment

• Strong understanding of HR functions, labour laws, and HR best practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving setup

• Experience with HRMS tools is a plus
