Job Description
We are seeking experienced Senior Technical Recruiter (full cycle) - 2 positions to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full cycle recruiting, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent for enterprise customers in India market.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish
- Work with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for open positions
- Use effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates
- Collaborate with various stakeholders
- Motivated and fast learner, eager to adopt the latest tools for efficient candidate screening and evaluation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a full cycle technical recruiter within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess candidates technical skills effectively
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and tasks simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, Zoho Recruit etc.
- Proven ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of Indias contingent staffing industry.
- Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
