Analyst I - Audit & Compliance

Job purpose

As an analyst, quality, audit and compliance, you will enhance the internal operations by bringing a systematic and structured process with the objective to determining the effectiveness of risk management, standard workflow, and governance compliance. You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, established to mitigate identified risks, through scheduled testing.

What will you do?

Develop, document, and implement Quality processes and procedures to provide more effective quality methods within the business (ISO 9001).

• Ensure successful internal and external audits are completed


• Support all departments on quality strategy to deliver quality products to the customer



• Provide coaching and guidance on Quality “best practices”


• Identify and analyze KPIs and be able to deduct root cause events leading to a failure


• Monitor quality metrics real-time to mitigate issues based on trends


• Build relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders


• Link risks, controls, procedures and findings from allocated sections on a timely basis


• Develop self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, shares knowledge and experiences with others, and acts as a strong brand ambassador


• Seek opportunities to challenge self; teams with others across businesses to deliver and takes accountability for own and team results

• Proven experience in Quality and Security standards, Compliance and Audit


• In depth experience creating high-quality dashboards and reporting of KPIs. Knowledge of PowerBI an added advantage


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously


• Dedicated to meeting expectations/requirements of internal and external customers


• Sets objectives and goals; breaks down work into process steps; develops schedules and implementation plans
