Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor local IT teams globally, including training and developing junior resources to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  • Incident and Change Management: Oversee incident and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing disruption. Implement best practices for incident response and change control.
  • Global Issues and Outages Management: Manage and coordinate responses to global IT issues and outages, working with global teams to ensure swift resolution and minimal impact on operations.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Utilize your deep expertise in network management, Windows administration, SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure. Ensure effective deployment and management of Windows devices and software.
  • Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Demonstrate expertise in Windows 10 and 11, including log reading and using Event Viewer to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • ITIL and ITSM Tools: Apply ITIL best practices to manage IT services effectively and utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem management.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide regular reports on IT operations, incidents, and changes.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure IT systems comply with company policies and security standards. Implement best practices for data protection and system security.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
  • 10+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, with extensive expertise in network management, Windows administration, SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, including log reading capabilities and troubleshooting using Event Viewer.
  • Proven experience in incident and change management, with a track record of managing global IT issues and outages.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in leading, mentoring, and training IT teams globally.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Manage Engine Service Desk Plus etc
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.

  • Global delivery with diverse team and operate with urgency.
  • Superior customer service mindset and solution delivery focus
  • Great communicator with the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders and present the business side of technical topics to diverse audiences.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint operating systems components and demonstrable experience in establishing and managing configuration baselines aligned with industry standard benchmarks.
  • Thirst for learning and personal development
  • BA/BS/BE/B.Tech/TYBcom degree.
  • Microsoft or other certifications against the technologies mentioned above
