Job Description

    As a Customer Contact Comms New Associate - Voice at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to assist in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing optimal resolutions. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs.
    Customer communications play a crucial role in interactions between customers and businesses across various channels such as phone, text, chat, and face-to-face meetings.
    We are looking for individuals with the ability to handle disputes, meet deadlines, adapt to changes, learn quickly, and maintain a commitment to quality.
    In this role, you will solve routine problems based on guidelines and precedents, with primary interactions within your team and direct supervisor. Detailed instructions will be provided for all tasks, and decisions made will impact your own work under close supervision. This position involves working as an individual contributor within a team with a defined scope of work.
    Please be aware that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
