Summary: As a Security Consulting Practitioner, you will provide enterprise-level advice to make organizations cyber resilient. Your typical day will involve engaging with various stakeholders to assess their security posture, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending strategies to enhance their defenses against cyber threats. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital assets are protected while maintaining trust and transparency with clients and partners. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest cyber threats and trends, enabling you to provide informed guidance and support to organizations in navigating the complexities of cybersecurity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Develop and implement best practices for security management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management. - Experience with identity governance and administration. - Strong understanding of access management protocols. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards. - Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Okta Identity Management. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
