Job Opportunity:
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Outbound calls( Non voice exp is not considered, AR calling experience also considered)
Night shift - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am
2 way cab will be provided
Excellent communication skill needed
Immediate Joiner& Notice 30 days accepted
Relieving letter not mandatory
Location: Chennai , Ambattur( Kosmo One)
Package: Good hike from previous package ( Max upto 45k )
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Prior experience in a customer support or call center environment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Candidates have to join within a week
- Flexible to work in US shifts.
