What We're Looking For
- Any graduate / undergraduate with excellent English communication
- Confidence to handle international outbound calls
- Willingness to work in US night shift
- Strong listening, learning, and documentation skills
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to US healthcare providers
- Request and follow up on patient medical records
- Learn US healthcare terminology and HIPAA compliance

What Were Looking For
- Experience in International Voice Process / Healthcare BPO / Medical Records / AR Calling (Denials,Auth and EV)
- Strong command of spoken English with professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of US healthcare workflows and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to manage high call volumes and meet SLAs
