Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:
- Building Exceptional Teams
- Crafting engaging job descriptions that mirror our startup spirit and appeal to top talent.
- Sourcing, screening, and efficiently managing the hiring pipeline to swiftly fill roles.
- Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires to enhance productivity and morale.
- Ensuring Policies and Compliance
- Maintaining up-to-date HR policies in accordance with Indian labor laws and best startup practices.
- Accurately and timely managing critical compliance processes such as PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity benefits, and PoSH.
- Fostering Positive Employee Relationships
- Serving as a trusted confidant for employees and managers, promptly addressing concerns and grievances.
- Handling investigations sensitively and fairly, and offering balanced solutions to conflicts.
- Facilitating Meaningful Exits
- Conducting insightful exit interviews to gather valuable feedback for continuous culture improvement.
- Managing the exit process smoothly and nurturing strong, positive relationships with former employees.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of HR operations experience, preferably in tech-oriented or startup environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
- Knowledgeable about agile and dynamic HR practices.
- Strong multitasking capabilities, coupled with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Inherently proactive, flexible, and passionate about creating an exceptional work environment.
