What Youll Do
Build Exceptional Teams

• Create engaging job descriptions that reflect our startup spirit and attract top talent.
• Source, screen, and efficiently manage the hiring pipeline to fill roles quickly.
• Ensure new hires experience a seamless onboarding journey, boosting productivity and morale.
  

Ensure Policies and Compliance

• Keep our HR policies up-to-date, aligning with Indian labour laws and best startup practices.
• Manage crucial compliance processes (PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity benefits, PoSH) accurately and timely.
  

Foster Positive Employee Relationships

• Act as a trusted confidant for employees and managers, swiftly addressing concerns and grievances.
• Handle investigations sensitively and fairly, providing balanced solutions to conflicts.
  

Facilitate Meaningful Exits

• Conduct insightful exit interviews, collecting valuable feedback to continuously improve our culture.
• Manage the exit process smoothly and maintain strong, positive relationships with former employees.
  

Requirements
What we are expecting!

• Holder of a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Someone with at least 1 year of experience in HR operations, ideally within tech-oriented or startup environments (we value quality and adaptability over rigid experience).
• Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Skilled in maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Knowledgeable about agile and dynamic HR practices.
• Adept at multitasking, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Naturally proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic about creating an outstanding work environment.
