Key Responsibilities:

• Output ownership: Take full ownership of the student learning journey from onboarding through course completion and placement.
• Curriculum alignment and delivery: Manage and continuously improve the curriculum to ensure it meets industry standards and student needs.
• Pedagogy improvement
  
  : Track student progress and outcomes, using data-driven insights to tailor support and improve learning effectiveness
• Placements maximisation: Drive placement efforts by preparing students for job readiness, helping them with their skill and communication gaps.
• Learning operations: Manage full time and ad hoc resources to lead the established and ongoing operations for 1000+ learners.
• Student Engagement: Educate and support students to enhance their learning experience, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and placement success. Develop a comprehensive playbook for continuous improvement.
