Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Finance Controller with a strong background in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, business performance monitoring, and ensuring sound financial management to support strategic business decisions.

AUDIT & FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE

• Enforcing & Monitoring Internal Financial Control Documents
• 
  Assist in managing statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Prepare financial statements as per IND AS / AS and ensure they are audited.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and coordinate their audit process.
• Work closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and clarifications.
• Conduct periodic financial reviews and support balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
• JV / MOU activity / agreement clauses tracking and executing

FINANCIAL REPORTING & ANALYSIS

• Enforcing & Monitoring close the books SOP
• Prepare monthly MIS reports with key financial insights.
• Quarterly Financial Summary for Board Meetings
• Competitor Financials Analysis

COST ANALYSIS

• Analyse product and plant-level costing to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Evaluating commercial proposals to Customers, Profitability Analysis
• Evaluate investment proposals, product pricing, and new business opportunities

• Participation in budget-setting process and assist departments in managing their budgets to meet financial goals.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual) and provide key insights.

BANKING

• Preparation and presentation of CMA Data
• Attending Credit Calls
• Compliance to Terms of Sanction Letter

TAXATION

• Observing Statutory calendar

Preferred Attributes

• CA with 4 to 5 Years Background of Core Manufacturing Industry
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Expertise in statutory audits, consolidation of financials, and tax compliance
• AS and IND AS Understanding
