Job Description
- As a Safety & Security Supervisor at Accor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with corporate Safety & Security standards. Leading a team of dedicated Hotel employees, you will be responsible for directing the performance of the Safety & Security staff, providing guidance, and implementing corrective measures when necessary. Your role will involve maintaining a safe environment, enforcing rules and regulations, and responding effectively to emergencies.
In your capacity as a Safety & Security Supervisor, you will be accountable for assigning specific tasks, conducting investigations, and overseeing the discipline and scheduling of officers. During medical emergencies, you will act as a first responder, providing necessary aid and coordinating with emergency services if required. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing the shift, assigning duties to officers and guards, and ensuring the rotation between posts.
Apart from your operational responsibilities, you will also be involved in customer service, resolving guest queries and complaints efficiently, and fostering positive relationships with clients and guests. Adherence to financial regulations, maintenance of records, and prevention of losses will be essential aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will be expected to conduct training sessions for team members, support departmental initiatives, and collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments.
