Job Description
What role you will play in team: Identify and secure new corporate accounts to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
What you will do: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and negotiate contracts.
Key responsibility:
- Prospect for and qualify potential corporate clients.
- Develop and present proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
- Track and analyze sales performance.
- Collaborate with hotel management to meet revenue targets.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Understanding of the hospitality industry.
