Financial Accounting Manager And Financial Accountant

Required Skills:

- Organisational skills for managing projects and teams: Active liaison with team members, support to the Division Head and Clients is required.

- Polished communication skills: To be able to interact with key stakeholders including business owners, auditors, CFOs about day-to-day requirements, communicate requirements to the team and address queries proactively.

- Problem solving abilities: Consulting with international SMEs requires understanding the client needs and accordingly reaching a solution within the given timeframe.

- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and concepts: Finalisation and Report preparation on a regular and periodical basis. Understand taxes, management accounting, financial planning & analysis, budgeting and related concepts.

- Proactive behaviour and ability to take ownership on projects: The role requires the Team Lead to be able to actively manage the project as per defined timelines on their own after initial transition and escalate major concerns to the Division Head. We appreciate forward thinking and motivation to learn & grow quickly.

- Timeliness: Can carry out tasks within a given timeframe and can take responsibility towards ensuring accuracy and completeness of team deliverables.

Qualification:- 

- B.Com, CA Freshers or with 1-2 years of work experience.

- Qualified ACCAs or CMAs: Freshers or with 1-2 years of work experience.

- Semi Qualified Accountants/ACCA/CMA or aspirants pursuing CA/ACCA/CMA with 1-2 years of work experience.
