Artificial Intelligence Faculty

ABOUT THE ROLE-

We are looking for experienced faculty members to deliver high-impact learning sessions for senior industry professionals. Our learners are mid-to-senior executives, functional leaders, and decision-makers who bring deep domain expertise to the classroom — they need faculty who can match their seriousness, connect AI and data science concepts to real business problems, and make technical ideas feel immediately actionable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver live, instructor-led sessions to cohorts of experienced professionals
• Teach concepts across AI, machine learning, data strategy, or business transformation depending on assigned module(s)
• Bridge technical concepts with strategic and operational business thinking
• 
  Facilitate discussions, case studies, and applied exercises that resonate with senior learners
• Adapt delivery in real time based on audience background and engagement
• Collaborate with the academics team on session structure, case selection, and assessments where needed

Experience & Background

• 7+ years of industry experience in data science, analytics, AI product, technology strategy, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated ability to apply data science or AI in real business contexts — not just theoretical familiarity
• Prior experience working with or presenting to senior stakeholders, leadership teams, or cross-functional decision-makers

• Exposure to at least one industry vertical such as BFSI, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, or management consulting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience advising, consulting, or leading AI or analytics initiatives within an organization
• Familiarity with how AI decisions are made at a business or functional level — including budgeting,
• prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
• Background in one or more of the following: applied ML, generative AI, AI strategy, data-driven product development, or organizational transformation through technology
