Role Description

This is a full-time work-from-home role for a Medical Biller located in Bengaluru.

Ensuring compliance with all billing regulations and laws (e.g., HIPAA).

Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.

Follow up on unpaid claims via phone calls and resolve denied or rejected claims.

Post payments from insurance portals and scanned documents.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow..

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS).
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes and insurance policies
• Proficiency in using medical billing and coding software
