Job Description
· Facilitate the implementation and ongoing support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance.
· Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements for finance and controlling processes, collaborate with business users to map current and future state processes.
· Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) based on best practices and specific business needs.
· Identify process and systems gaps, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions or improvements to maximize SAP FICO capabilities.
· Serve as a liaison between finance users and technical teams, supporting both new implementations and upgrades/maintenance activities.

· Conduct user training, develop training materials, and provide post-go-live production support.
· Participate in data migration, interface design, report development, and documentation activities.
· Keep up-to-date with latest SAP FICO trends, releases, and technologies to drive continuous process improvements.
