Job Description
- As a part of AQR Capital India, you will be joining a global investment firm that focuses on delivering long-term results by identifying key factors in financial markets and developing innovative strategies. AQR has been a leader in alternative strategies and traditional portfolio management since 1998.
Your role will involve designing and assembling source data sets for the systems and processes related to portfolio and trading management. You will create functional requirements and specifications for software solutions, perform quantitative analysis, and collaborate with software engineers to develop solutions. Additionally, you will coordinate data and system interrelationships with other teams and external parties, serving as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.
To excel in this role, you should have a B.A. or B.S. degree with a focus on Math, Science, or Finance, along with 3-6 years of professional experience. Knowledge of the investment management industry, strong finance fundamentals, and proficiency in computer programming and data manipulation are essential. Experience with Microsoft Office, Bloomberg Terminal, and Tableau is required, while familiarity with investment guideline monitoring tools is a plus.
