Motor Insurance Claims Handler

What role you will play in team: You'll be responsible for handling motor insurance claims from start to finish ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our customers.

What you will do: You will assess claims, process payments, liaise with garages and customers.

Key responsibility:

• Receive, review and assess motor insurance claims.
• Communicate with policyholders and garages to gather information.
• Negotiate claim settlements and process payments.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of claim handling procedures.

• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Manage claim files and keep up with processing deadlines.
• Adhere to strict regulatory guidelines for motor insurance claims.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the insurance industry is desirable but not essential, however, experience in customer service is preferable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
