About The Role
Were looking for a Product Manager (4 yrs experience) to join our Auto-Claims team. In this role, youll work on a strategic objective that Auto business wants to drive ie. Steer more policyholders to file their claims with Ackos trusted garage network. If you have experience in building best in class consumer experience in a B2C environment, leveraging insights to alter consumer behaviour and working closely with design to craft impactful journeys, wed love to connect.
Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritise, and execute high impact initiatives that can drive long-term profit growth.
• Leverage data and insights to build hypotheses, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
• Champion design thinking and a user-first mindset in building product solutions.
• Design and run experiments to improve key funnel metrics across claim stages.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing to deliver seamless and impactful product experiences.
  

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2C setup.
• Proven experience working on consumer experience in consumer tech startups.
• Hands-on experience in leading product initiatives and experimentation-led growth.
• Strong design thinking capabilities and ability to craft intuitive, user-centered solutions.
• High appetite for learning and curiosity, with the drive to continuously improve.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with cross-functional teams.
